LG Wireless HDTV
LG showed off its wireless HDTV at the CES 2009 event. The LG Wireless HDTV is operated trough a wireless transmitter, which sends out uncompressed signals.

The LG Wireless HDTV’s transmitter is equipped with sign beam technology. The transmitter sends out uncompressed signals, which is better for images quality then compressed signals. The uncompressed signals sent out by the LG Wireless HDTV transmitter go out all directions, bouncing off walls or any other object eventually reaching the LG Wireless HDTV. So you can walk in front of the transmitter if you want to. All possible TV applications such as game consoles, DVD players or any other, are to be connected to the transmitter and don’t have to be connected to the LG Wireless HDTV. The price of the LG Wireless HDTV is yet to be set, but will be market-competitive.
