Mountain bike rides
Mountain biking is roughly broken down into five categories: cross country, downhill, freeride, trials and speed cross. Each requires different kind of disciplines and riding gear. The guys in Canada mainly ride cross country which is also the most popular form of mountain biking. Cross country is more or less climbing and descending on a variety of terrain.
